Her love for Brecht began after performing in \u2018An Evening with Kurt Weill,\u2019 a production by NJO Muziekzomer.<\/p>\n<p>The singer and actress specializes in combining classical and modern styles in her performances. She adapts pieces\u2014while respecting the composer and lyricist\u2014in such a way that the message remains relevant today. Together with her Brecht Trio, she performed their adaptation of \u2018Die Rundk\u00f6pfe und die Spitzk\u00f6pfe\u2019 during the Eisler Days on Radio 4; she appeared at the Caf\u00e9 Theater Festival with her own show \u2018Eva Braun\u2019; performed at the Brecht Festival, and gave concerts both at home and abroad.
